We’ve done a number of organisation and operational reviews for a variety of different organisations over the past 12 months. All of these reviews have had a organisation design component.

One of the key concerns for most organisations has been how to provide role clarity and the structural checks and balances required in large organisations, with the agility required to meet a rapidly changing environment and customer expectations. Both are obviously important and both need to be enabled in any organisation. We have developed some great programmes to support organisations build agility and become increasingly able to adapt to their rapidly changing context. The University of Melbourne is currently doing a study into Agility and we will keep you posted on findings. Check out this video to find out more
