There are both offline and online modules including face-to-face workshops, an online reinforcement programme powered by Axonify, and leader guides to support them in ongoing conversations with their teams. The programme is dynamic and constantly evolving with continual additions made to the programme to cover all aspects of diversity and inclusion. This programme can be purchased as a whole or in parts, depending on your requirements.



Leap came about from a qualitative research study by HT Group on new migrants in New Zealand and has been brought to life through a collaboration by: HT Group, Capability Group, New Zealand Transport Agency, Vector, Waste Management and Briscoe Group.
