Capability Group has a social agenda

We are diverse, talented, and united by a singular purpose; we want to make a difference. Harnessing our collective skills, experience and creativity, we have designed innovative programmes for those that might not otherwise have an opportunity to experience them. When clients partner with us we donate a percentage of our profits towards providing the Peptalk Programme for free to tertiary students entering the workforce. A share of our profits also go towards subsidising the programmes we run for the not–for-profit sector.

We have developed the Peptalk Programme which targets 18 – 26 years olds transitioning from tertiary education to the world of work. Our programme focuses on how to best manage this transition and also aims to address the skills gap and readiness of our graduates for the workforce

Capability Group has recently completed research into the leadership challenges facing not-for-profit sector organisations. As a result of this study, we have developed a series of programmes and toolkits targeted at the not-for-profit sector. Specific tools and programmes include:

  • Leadership in the not-for-profit sector (longitudinal leadership programme)

  • Organisation design toolkit for the not-for-profit sector

  • Change management toolkit for the not-for-profit sector

Case Studies

In organisations, real power and energy is generated through relationships. The patterns of relationships and the capacities to form them are more important than tasks, functions, roles, and positions
