Where required, we also offer one-on-one coaching to programme participants.

Pasifika Leaders

The Pasifika Niu Leaders Programme targets Pasifika people leaders who have demonstrated the passion &ability to take a bigger leadership role in their organisation and communities. This programme combines the Pasifika ‘learningmat’ methodology, creative poetry and all the leadership models and tools you would normally associate with a corporate leadership programme.


Non-profit leadership

This leadership programme is designed specifically for the non-profit and social sectors. Based on extensive research into the capability and leadership challenges across the sector, we have created a powerful blended learning programme that builds both leadership capability and collaborative relationships within and across organisations


SME leadership

Our SME leadership programme is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. The programme focuses on building leadership capability within local business geographic areas with an emphasis on building collaborative business-to-business relationships amongst participants. Pragmatic, cost-effective and high-impact, our SME leadership programme has had rave reviews.


Leadership coaching

Coaching is recognised as a key component of building leadership capability across any organisation.  CGL is able to provide coaches that will provide one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant across any programme.  Our coaches all have previous executive, government and not-for-profit sector experience, are commercially savvy and have extensive coaching experience.


Programme evaluation

If you need to understand the impact of your leadership programmes, we have designed a unique and innovative process for measuring success. Combining two methodologies.- Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model and EvaluLEAD – we use a robust and relevant evaluation process to report on the results for your organisation.
